Wow, she had my ears! From the mouth of babes. That is amazing! I was just trying to find an embed code and couldn't but I accidentally shut it off so I am going to listen again. I don't know where you got that but that's good and I hope someone of consequence listens for once!

hi, AAP--
I've never heard a silence so complete.
hope she made a difference.

in fact, I'll bet she did -- for 15 minutes. then, back to business as usual. :(

I posted this after I watched it here and I was Happy to see that Brother Tim posted it and did his homework. She made that appearance in 1992. I was amazed at her accomplishments. Worse nothing has been done and it will soon get much worse!

oh, Crap!
thanx for the update, AAP--
with another conference in Brazil being in the news lately, I thought her speech had been delivered this year.

after that speech, the thought that the conference really DID return to business as usual is simply appalling.

Two Crows--
I went into a little more detail on this. You might want to take a look.

thx, Brother Tim--
I had stopped by your blog but hadn't said anything.
after reading your post I felt sick at my stomach about the status quo just going on after she had implored the adults to at least stop breaking the things they knew they couldn't fix.

That video actually made me cry. I often think of the world we are leaving for my grandchildren, and it's so sad. I realize this has been around the blogopshere, but this is the first chance I've had to actually watch it.

What are we doing to our children?
