Kenneth Starr [remember him? He's the guy who sniped at Clinton's heels for 6 years looking for something, anything, to hang on him] has filed a brief with the Supreme Court seeking to divorce all the Gay couples in California who married before Proposition 8 passed.
If you disagree with this idea, please go here, view a very moving video and sign a petition asking that these marriages be upheld and that Prop 8 be overturned.
If our Constitution means anything, it should mean that all people are equal.
It's hard to believe that people can try to destroy marriages in the name of "morality".

I can't believe that idiot is still around causing trouble! Thanks! I am very Hetero but being a to each their own kind of guy I do not understand telling anyone how to live as long as they are not bothering anyone else!
hi AAP--
that's the point, of course.
trying to outlaw love should, itself, be against the law.
I certainly don't understand those people [and I use the term loosely] who would have us believe that these people's marriages threaten THEIR marriages in some way.
trust Starr to be on the wrong side. again.
Star sickens me anyway but I can't stomach anyone trying to impress their thoughts and beliefs on others!
hi, Jim--
and that's the point, of course.
just as Starr tried to impeach a very popular president, now he tries to kill civil rights for a specific group of people.
and, if we don't stop him here, he'll be coming for the rest of us, soon.
I think this is how he knows he's alive.
